The Impact Assembly brought together nearly 100 stakeholders from 24 counties in Ohio to learn the conditions of Collective Impact, Results Based Accountability, and prioritizing equity in our community work. Teresa Hogue (eXtension Foundation) and Chris Thompson (CCC) presented an introduction to the five conditions of Collective Impact and helped facilitate table conversations.
Dan Duncan (Clear Impact and ABCD Institute) provided an overview of Results Based Accountability and principles of Asset Based Community Development.
Glennon Sweeney (Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity) described the making of metropolitan inequality and the history of structural racism.
Christine Matusik-Plas and Marco Cuevas (United Way of Greater Lorain County) provided concrete examples and the process of implementing collective impact in their community.
