We’re making it a priority to secure healthy homes and neighborhoods for all. The large amount of vacant land in the community is a result of disinvestment over time. It is also an asset that can be leveraged for many types of new uses, including community gardens or green space to bring residents together. Through partnerships, research, and advocacy, we can improve conditions and catalyze systems change in our community.

We are excited to many diverse stakeholders engaged in this important work. To get involved in the workgroup or to learn more about our transformation plan, contact OSU Extension at (740) 223-4040.
