To ensure that we do not miss any adults who are interested in getting involved with the Junior Fair Board, an application process will be implemented for 2020-2021 barn advisors.

Current Barn Advisors do not have to submit an application. We are assuming that you would like to continue to serve if selected by the Junior Fair Board members. If you would not like to be considered for a barn advisor position and have not already contacted me, please do so no later than October 1.

Barn Advisors will need to complete the required BCI background check through the local 4-H program, per the policy put in place in 2018/2019 by the Marion County Senior Fair Board, in order to serve in the role. You will be notified to complete the BCI background check once selected. The BCI check only needs to be completed every four years. Notification is emailed when it is time to renew.
