Tim brings a rich Marion County background to his extension work.

Growing up in the Elgin School District and participating in the Marion County 4-H & FFA programs Tim recognizes the importance of Marion County agriculture traditions and history.

His experience of being a livestock & grain farmer for the 40 years and living through the cycles of weather, markets, regulations, & restrictions help him to bring life experiences plus OSU Extension programs to Marion County residents.

Tim received his bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree with emphasis on Environmental Physiology from Kansas State University.
